This is a handy, high-edged universal kitchen knife, with inspiration from Japan.  It is very thin and lightweight, with a wide blade which is ideal for scooping, and is made from forged carbon steel.  The handle is cut from curly birch, coated with linseed oil – which ensures a firm grip, even when wet.

Comes with a nicely crafted leather sheath.

Crafted, sharpened and perfected by hand in Harmoinen, Finland.
