Returns can be made within seven days of receipt of the product if the product has a manufacturer defect or an item has been shipped to you in error. Please e-mail our office at: email@example.com. A response will be sent to you in 24 hours of receipt.
Returns for reasons other than specified above can be made within 7 days of receipt of item, however the buyer will pay return shipping costs and all returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, without exception.
Refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs and restocking fees, will be made after the returned item has been received by us and we have determined that the item is free from wear or other damage.
Shipping Failure or Refusal:
If the shipment cannot be delivered due to some action or mistake by the customer (for example: the shipping address is incorrect, or the customer refuses delivery) and the shipment is returned to us, we will refund to the customer the full cost of the item, minus any shipping fees that were paid (by them or by us). If there is an additional cost to return the shipment to us, those costs will be deducted from the customer's refund.
