The Kaato ("Autumn") bridges the gap between the two most traditional scandinavian knife designs, the puukko and leuku, by taking some features of each.  The blade is a medium size and suited for a wide variety of tasks such as skinning, chopping, butchering, or other camp or wilderness tasks.  The handle is nicely formed with impressions at both ends to help maintain a firm grip even during heavier work.  The handle is sized for slightly larger hands, and the sheath is a traditional Scandinavian deep pouch design.

Below are the detailed measurements of this knife. One important note: for best comfort and grip, the length of your middle finger should be similar to the circumference of the handle.
