The Ultra-High-Carbon knives have a carbon content of 1.5%-2.0%, and are hardened to 66-68 Rockwell, making them some of the toughest knives available. The quality of Roselli has been independently tested many times, and the UHC is internationally recognized as the hardest steel in any modern knife, unmatched compared to any other premium brand on Earth.
This is a heavy-duty fillet knife, great for handling larger fish but also perfect for bread, meat and vegetables. The blade is made from UHC (Ultra High Carbon) steel and the handle is cut from heat treated curly birch, coated with linseed oil – which ensures a firm grip, even when wet.
Comes with handcrafted sheath of dark vegetable tanned Finnish leather.
