The Ultra-High-Carbon knives have a carbon content of 1.5%-2.0%, and are hardened to 66-68 Rockwell, making them some of the toughest knives available. The quality of Roselli has been independently tested many times, and the UHC is internationally recognized as the hardest steel in any modern knife, unmatched compared to any other premium brand on Earth.
As its bigger sibling, this Roselli is aimed at handling fish – but works great with universal tasks as well. It also floats, which is practical for lake-side assignments. The blade is made from UHC (Ultra High Carbon) steel and the handle is cut from heat treated curly birch, coated with linseed oil – which ensures a firm grip, even when wet.
