This is a stunning knife made from multiple layers of wood stained in different colors and then pressed together in a crosswise pattern. It is a great example of simple materials making a very complex and attractive product.
The sheath is nicely detailed with stamped and stained artwork, it contains a plastic liner to prevent the very sharp blade from slicing through, and the belt loop is attached by a metal D-ring so that it swings freely and keeps out of the way when you're crouching or sitting.
